Deeply nourished by Nature, connected to the Living and guided by the Invisible, Aurélie AKA Lysis, multidisciplinary artist, DJ and facilitator actively involved in the Paris Ecstatic Dance community, creates immersive sound journeys and offers spaces of transformation through movement. 
Drawing from her experience as a free dancer, her explorations of trance states, the tantric path and raw shamanism, Lysis guides through music and sound into altered states of consciousness. 
Through vibrant atmospheres, Lysis infuses the space with tribal influences, activates energy through rhythms, merges organic soundscapes with electronic sonorities, all supported by powerful beats and penetrating bass lines. 
To deepen the immersion, Lysis records and composes part of her sounds, mixes live and may play ritual instruments (drum, percussion) spontaneously as inspiration arises. 

Trance Dance Workshop with Lysis

 Each Trance Dance workshop with Lysis is a subtle blend of live musical guidance and spoken guidance, a true Ariadne’s thread for the dancers. 
After a preparation phase leading to the threshold of the journey, the dancefloor becomes a powerful space of transformation connected to the elements (earth, air, water, fire and ether) and to animals (earthly and totemic). 
This allows participants to (re)find within their bodies their primitive animal instinct, their creative power, their original fire, and then to safely explore their Terra Incognita, before returning, transformed, to a time of integration. Each session unfolds in the present moment and adapts to the energy of the group. 
For a deeper immersion, it is recommended to bring a blindfold or eye mask.
