A workshop to explore relationship as a living space of awareness and presence.
Through a guided meditation, we return to sensations, emotions, and thoughts — to what is simply present.
From this grounding, we open our attention to the relational dimension: what is felt, perceived, and experienced in the presence of another. Simple and progressive partner exercises invite the exploration of listening, eye contact, and the shared moment.
