My life… 
I grew up facing, in and on the sea. Curious about life, the mysteries of connection and the human being, my path has been rich and dense:
research, experiences, trainings, madness, opportunities, helping hands, ruptures, births, falls and ecstasies… After a theatre baccalaureate and studies in human sciences at university, I continued my learning through the school of life. Ten years of nomadism through France, India, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal, Mali, Mexico… Learning massage, customs, cultures and traditions, the non-verbal and the verbal, smiles and gazes from tribe to tribe. I became a mother… 
Life on the road, no-mad in alternative worlds, from festivals to gatherings, from collectives to families, from attempts to experiments. And then becoming a mother again. Clown therapy, dance therapy… A pause in the Aude region and falling in love with the Cévennes along the rivers. At that moment, theatre came back into my life, and then an opportunity appeared: training with Jacques Ferber.
A meeting that led to four years by his side as an assistant and later co-facilitator within Tantra Integral, facilitating women’s workshops and Tantra discovery workshops thanks to him. In 2017, blossoming: I found my own colour and began organising my own stops along the way — mixed workshops, women’s workshops, and duo workshops. A blend of all my experiences and lived journeys with a Neo-Tantra flavour: journeys created to move towards oneself. 
Today, I live in a collective place (for the past six years) that will one day host my own workshops. I am in my place: a natural empath, alive with multi-pass resources. My mission is celebrated and recognised by the participants who have gone through the six-workshop Tantrattitude cycle. “Before and after,” they say. A perceptible shift within them — and within us, the team — over nine months. 

My approach 
The sacred is everywhere.
It is a posture, not a concept, nor a reserved space. I do not separate humour and lightness from spirituality and depth. I enjoy playing with apparent duality in order to vibrate and feel the dance of non-duality. Allowing oneself to be.
Letting go. Zero obligation, zero performance, zero expectations. Laughing at our inner theatres, crying from beauty, “laugh-crying,” and celebrating whatever moves through us. Watching our beliefs collapse and rising again with awareness and trust. Feeling and living your consent, so it can be adjusted and readjusted at every moment. Daring to be, daring to say, to feel, to find the right balance. The conscious pricing approach is an integral part of this path: a militant act for accessibility, where everyone contributes according to their means and the value they feel they have received. 

My inspirations 
I do not transmit classical Tantra: I transmit a Tantrattitude, a Neo-Tantra. I am a being on a path.
I am not a knower, nor a tantrika, nor a guru. Rather a game leader, a proposer, a guardian of the space. I draw inspiration from life itself — from bodies, gazes, encounters, the inner theatre, dance, contemplation, meditation, massage, breath and community life. An explorer of the living, a poet of connection, a lover of truth. My resources are so multiple that it is difficult to name them: whether artistic, spiritual, natural, historical, ancestral, tribal or musical — it is all part of the same movement in the same direction. I offer a living laboratory, an experimentation of the path toward the joy of being alive: the love of oneself, of others, of the greater whole and of what is. To dare to be fully, with authenticity, boldness and awareness. 

Today I work to… 
Create spaces of transformation and reconciliation between the masculine and the feminine, the body and the mind, laughter and tears, our emotions and our aspirations, while playing with our inner police officers and judges. I work so that everyone can rediscover their freedom to be, so they may remember their tantric nature. A transmission rooted in slowness, intensity and listening to felt experience. Mixed workshops, duo workshops, individual sessions, and much more through the Tantrattitude School, a living transmission of the inner path.
